AI Secretary StudioOffice Kageyama
A human-led AI team. The right amount of IT support, for your business.
“I want to use AI, but I don’t know what to hand off.” For solo entrepreneurs and small businesses worldwide, a working engineer personally supports you online, from first consultation to day-to-day operation.
Does this sound familiar?
You want to use AI, but don’t know where to start.
The same emails and paperwork eat up your time every day.
You asked a vendor before, but it was all jargon and no clarity.
What we do
Our most common request is simple: reduce the daily grind of checking, copying, and notifying. We also support the following.
AI Assistant Setup
We turn drafting replies, writing meeting notes, summarizing documents, and boilerplate paperwork into something you can trust and use daily.
Workflow Automation
Form notifications, email routing, spreadsheet entry — we connect repetitive tasks together to save you time.
AI Readiness Mini-Assessment
We review your current operations together and sort out what AI should handle, what a human should handle, and what to leave alone for now.
Social Media & Content Automation
We connect your blog/note updates with X and other channels, reducing the workload of consistent publishing.
How it works
Tell us about your current situation and concerns by email.
We assess what can be handed to AI and put together a proposal.
We confirm the total cost and scope upfront, and only start once you’re comfortable.
We start small and confirm results as we go.
Even after launch, we keep checking in and adjusting as needed.
Pricing guide
We always confirm the total cost before starting work — no surprise charges without your agreement. Prices below are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and reflect typical scope within Japan.
For clients outside Japan, please contact us for a custom quote — payment method, time zone overlap, and applicable taxes may affect pricing.

Trust, built in
Office Kageyama uses nine specialized AI agents, each designed and assigned by the human owner for a specific purpose.
Every proposal and deliverable is reviewed by the owner personally before it reaches you. That’s our promise: we never leave it entirely to AI.
About the owner
Yoshikuni Kageyama (KageYo)
Full-time engineer at a publicly listed AI company (Group Lead / Tech Lead / PM)
Alongside my day job building AI systems, I run Office Kageyama as an independent practice. The nine AI agents are tools — every judgment call and final check is made by me, personally. I never want a client to feel they signed an expensive contract without understanding what they were getting, and I work every consultation with that in mind.
Track record
These are real AI systems the owner has built and personally operates — not client work, but proof of “use it yourself before you recommend it.”
AI secretary team “Okkii”
Challenge
Running a one-person business meant daily progress tracking and information triage ate up too much time.
What we did
Built a team of role-specific AI agents to automate daily progress checks and reporting.
Result
More time freed up for decision-making. This same setup is the basis for the “AI team” model used on this site.
AI maturity assessment tool “AI Dock”
Challenge
Businesses had no objective way to know where to start with AI adoption.
What we did
Designed and built a 5-level maturity framework with AS-IS/TO-BE gap analysis logic.
Result
An end-to-end assessment process, from interviews through gap analysis to improvement proposals.
Automated social publishing
Challenge
Every new blog post meant manually writing and posting an announcement on X.
What we did
Built automatic detection of new posts that triggers social publishing.
Result
Less manual effort, more consistent publishing.
What this looks like day to day
One notification, and you know exactly what’s going on and what to do next. This is the same “visibility” I run for my own business and servers.

Operational issues we’ve actually resolved (a few examples)
- Website inquiries and comments were getting buried in email → now checked and summarized automatically every morning
- Tasks in progress kept stalling unnoticed → now auto-detected after 3 days of inactivity, with a reminder
- A duplicate-notification bug appeared → caught early, root-caused, and fixed
- Important messages were getting lost among spam and promotional email → now auto-classified so only the notifications that matter get surfaced
Why this price is possible
If all we did was point you to ChatGPT or Claude, there’d be no reason to hire us. Office Kageyama builds custom “search & memory” infrastructure (RAG) using vector and graph databases, and runs it at a scale affordable on a personal budget.
That’s exactly why we can offer enterprise-grade custom AI infrastructure at a price small businesses and solo entrepreneurs can actually afford.
This isn’t a theoretical stack — it’s what I run, every day, for my own business and servers. Low cost plus real operating experience is what makes it safe to trust.
In an actual consultation, we’ll explain everything in plain language — no jargon required.
Frequently asked questions
How is the information I share with the AI handled?
We never share client information with third parties without consent, or publish it for AI training purposes. If you’re concerned about specific data, let us know before we start.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Not at all. We start from your current concerns, in plain language, no jargon.
Can I start with something small?
Of course — “let’s try just one thing first” is a completely normal way to begin.
Do I need to sign up for a specific AI service?
No. We recommend whatever tool fits the purpose, and won’t push you toward a particular vendor.
Is there support after setup?
We don’t stop at delivery — the owner keeps reviewing how things run and adjusts as needed.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?
We never hand you unchecked AI output. The final result is always reviewed by the owner before delivery.
